Let’s start off this mad dash with the adorable newborn boy Pearce. This handsome fellow and his family were, as always, such a joy to work with. I love doing newborn sessions in the warmer months because I often get to take these little guys outside and try something different. Isn’t the shot in the grass divine? You can’t see it, but I’m doing the happy photographer dance over it. On second thought, it’s probably best you can’t see that, lol.

The picture of baby Pearce in the basket outside on the grass is just adorable, its like he knew he was getting his picture taken and just posed for it. This is the first time i’ve seen a picture taken like this with a newborn and I just love it.

In the box on sheepskin wins my vote. Great job of using lines/angles to frame the subject, yet keeps the ability to use this (frame it) in either portrait or landscape.
